Abstract
No one questions the importance of water. However, the plumbing and drainage system is often an issue ignored by the public. With plumbing being an essential part of our daily life, a technical seminar and exhibition for plumbing - organised by the Institute of Plumbing - Hong Kong Council and the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (Building Services Division) - is to be held at the Hong Kong Industrial Technology Centre on March 24-25. The event will be a good chance for the plumbing industry and also the public to take a better look at the plumbing profession.
沒有人會否定水對人類的重要, 但給水和排水的水務專業卻為大眾所忽視. 事實上, 水務對我們日常生活很重要. 踏進廿一世紀, 香港水務學會及香港工程師學會(屋宇裝備分部)合辦的一個水務研究會及展覽會, 將於3月24至25日假香工業科技中心舉行, 藉此讓業界及大眾進一步了解水務專業的發展.
