Abstract
As part of the 30th Anniversary series introduced in the previous issue of Building Journal, we are continuing our look back on significant achievements of the Hong Kong construction industry. Over the three decades since it was first published, this magazine has followed the changing shape of private and public housing development as it copes with the needs and aspirations of a growing population. With this issue's focus on residential projects, we are showcasing a small selection of residential projects that have changed the shape of Hong Kong housing, from the Taikoo Shing private estate through to the Harmony and Concord blocks of recent years.
