To be or not to be? A mandatory CEPD Programme

Abstract
Continuing Education and Professional Development (CEPD) has recently been a hot topic which aroused debates amongst our peers. While some are advocating a hook between the CEPD programme and the renewal of HKIA membership, much stronger objecting views are projected from the general members who used to remain silent most of the time. As observed by a young member in the CEPD committee, the followings maybe something viewed from both sides of a coin.
