Abstract
Hong Kong's New Airport Projects arouse great attention and interest from contractors the world over because of the immense amount of money that has to go into them. But at the same time, due to the extreme pressure for completing the new airport within a few years time span, great concerns appear in the mind of many as to how this monstrous project can be managed in order to avoid hiccups and problems that may so easily cause delays. Nothing is impossible, as the old saying goes. The New Airport Projects have almost been half completed to date. But surprise to many, no major problems have taken place that may have caused some delays to the projects.
