Abstract
The modern office interior has to cope with much greater demands from its occupants compared to previous generations. It is now widely accepted that communication is the key to a productive working environment. However there comes a point when noise bombardment, whether vocal in origin or emanating from office tools and equipments, becomes nothing more than noise pollution, an annoying distraction or interference that can prevent employees from carrying out their tasks efficiently and accurately.
