Abstract
Hong Kong is known for the number and diversity of its eating establishments. Residents and visitors alike can choose from a staggering array of international restaurants, local cafes, or steaming dai pai dongs. But for many, home is where the kitchen is, and local developers are realising the advantages of adding value with appropriately designed kitchens.
