Abstract
In response to the 1990 relaxation of the airport height restriction over buildings in Kowloon, Harbour City was given the new opportunity to develop vertically to provide larger and better accommodation for business and residential needs. The completion of Gateway II signifies a milestone for the redevelopment of Harbour City.
