Abstract
The Year 2002 marks the seventh year that The Chartered Institute of Building (Hong Kong) has held the Building Manager of the Year Award, celebrating best pratice and management excellence in the building industry. The Building Manager of the Year Awards has been a long-running event in the United Kingdom, where the Chartered Institute of Building has been holding the prestigious event for 24 years.
