Abstract
The world's largest cement market, the People's Public of China, is facing severe cement shortages and, according to the experts from Green Island Cement (Holdings) Ltd., will continue to do so for a number of years due to the inability of technical and infrastructural developments to keep pace with rapidly increasing demand.
