Abstract
When it set out to showcase is new Three Pacific Place commercial tower to prospective tenants, developer Swire Properties sought the reverse of the typical show suite. The resulting space avoids a loud and cluttered presentation to provide a quiet environment where clients can linger for informal discussions and experience the landlord's management style.
