Abstract
The Asia Pacific Interior Design Awards 2000 at the Grand Hyatt on 31 May was its usual glittering affair. If there's one party on the interior design calendar that's not to be missed, it's this. But then again, this is it. There are no others that are dedicated purely to interiors, which is exactly the reason why it's so important to attend - even if one hasn't received any prizes or even submitted an entry. If the industry ever expects to establish any kind of mutual support network, here is the place to start.
