Abstract
With 78 storeys and a tall mast, 1,228.15-foot tall Central Plaza in Wanchai will be the world's fourth tallest tower, just ahead of the Bank of China Tower, and the tallest reinforced-concrete building. It is a fast-track project that will be, at the time of its construction completion in mid-1992, 43 months in the making.
壹座傲然挺立的建築物，將於明年年中出現於灣仔海旁，成為世界上第四高的大廈，它就是中環廣場。
