Abstract
Che Kung Temple in Shatin has been redeveloped into a larger structure to cope with the growing number of worshippers and visitors. Che Kung, like Wong Tai Sin, is a very popular deity attracting worshippers from every part of Hong Kong. Thousands of visitors throng the temple on the main festival day, the third day of Chinese New Year, to pay tribute to Che Kung.
