Abstract
In an attempt to foster closer ties between Asian architects, both artistically and intellectually, Arcasia, the pan-Asian collective of national institutes of architects, announced in mid-December the results of its bi-ennial awards. As Zoe Lynch reports, the competition showcased talent from all over the region.
