Abstract
The Cyberport development is being built on a 240,000 sq m reclaimed site at the former Telegraph Bay. The site was formed by reclamation in two stages, with the first stage completed in the mid-1980s. The second stage in 2000 comprised the major part of the civil works package for the current Cyberport project.
