Abstract
Hong Kong Resort Company Limited plans Discovery Bay Plaza to be the town centre and focal point for Discovery Bay, thier resort development on Lantau Island. With a total GFA of 21,292,441 sq m, the project will also function as the central transport terminal and circulation focus for the villages of the town.
