Abstract
Some of the most interesting, and often brilliant, architectural and design projects never get to see the light of day. This can be due to lack of funds, unexpected commercial developments or a variety of other valid reasons. Herewith, ARCH begins a series of tributes to design briefs which, although never implemented, nevertheless deserve a little public recognition.
