Abstract
A dolph Loos(1870-1933) and Filippo Thommaso Marinetti(1876-1944), if alive today, would be excited by today's buildings, which they described in the tenet they propounded in their Manifestos for a "New Architecture." Buildings standing for over a span of 10 decades, they said, should be stripped of ornamentation and decorative motifs, to stand naked above the horizon, confirming the purity of " Modern Architecture." But this dictum of "blank wall architecture" has produced the eyesores of our cities of today. (1) Promises (2) Broken promises (3) Why? (4) Local efforts (5) Un-natural (6) Time to be honest
