Abstract
North point's 42-storey ManuLife Tower is a study in efficiency. Designed and constructed by the Shui On Group on a remarkable five-days-per-floor work cycle, instead of the planned eight-days-per-floor, the $300-million office building was completed in late October 1990, three months ahead of schedule.
