A unique contractual agreement between main contractor Dragages et Travaux Publics (HK) Ltd and joint developers the Royal Hong Kong Jockey Club and Urban Council helped lower construction costs for Phase Two of the Hong Kong Park by at least $15 million, or more than 5%.
