Abstract
Developers in Hong Kong are used to breaking records. But the HK$1.1 billion (US$141 million) Central Plaza project will have smashed more than most when it is completed in August next year. Not only will it be Hong Kong's tallest building, it will also feature the tallest reinforced concrete frame in the world. John Hooper reports.
