Hutchison Telephone: Consolidation under one roof provides chance for a new corporate look

Abstract
Hutchison Telephone's rapid expansion led it to have different office functions in various locations in Citicorp Centre. Finally, it was time to consolidate all these groups under one roof. The brief for C & A Architects and Consultants was a corporate look - neither too classical nor hi-tech, but young and progressive like the company itself. The resulting look makes allusions to the hi-tech without adopting that style.
