Abstract
This year's jump in visitor arrivals to Hong Kong is not expected to boost hoteliers' sagging occupancy rates or profit, at least in the short-term, analysts predict. An acute oversupply of rooms is devouring the flood of tourist and business travellers who are venturing to Hong Kong or who are beginning to return to China.
