Abstract
Over the past two decades, New World Development Company has gradually expanded its operations to cover almost every aspect of the property development business. As such, the group is well equipped to take advantage of market opportunities and to adapt to the changing conditions of the property market. At the end of the last financial year, the group's attributable profit stood at $4.16 billion, of which half was generated by property sales and another 27.5 per cent from rental income. Turnover was $16.715 billion.
