Abstract
A new commercial building with impressive outlook is situated at the junction of Johnston Road, Fleming Road and Wanchai Road, it is Tai Yau Building. The curve shape facade and podium designed according to the landform, is consistent with neighbouring establishment. This new building is located at the conference of traffic network, served with tram, bus, mini-bus and the MTR station nearby.
