Abstract
The Urban Renewal Authority (URA) has announced two new projects in Tai Kok Tsui to be developed at an estimated cost of $1.41 billion. The two projects, located in Larch Street/Fir Street and Pine Street/Anchor Street, currently house 24 dilapidated buildings with a total of 358 property interests and about 1,400 residents.
