Abstract
He's built almost everywhere, and few major cities, it seems, lack his touch. Hong Kong boasts Cheung Kong Center and IFC as recent examples. Cesar Pelli's latest foray into the SAR is with Henderson Land's proposal for West Kowloon, where he penned the theatre structure under the giant canopy. He passed through town recently, and along with partner Fred W Clarke, gave some time to hinge.
