Abstract
Situated on six hectares of newly reclaimed land in front of Exchange Square, the Hong Kong Station is not only the terminus of the 34-km Airport Railway, but also the gateway to Hong Kong Island for arriving air travelers. The station and the associated developments, including an 88-storey skyscraper on top of the 20 has land formed by the Central Reclamation project, are also designed to create a prestigious image for the adjacent Central district and to provide room for the expansion of its business and financial district.
在中區交易廣場前一幅6公頃的新填海土地上， 立了機場鐵路的港島終點站 – 香港站，令中區成為旅客進入香港的另一門戶。香港站與相連的物業發展 –包括一幢高88層的商業大廈，承襲了中區貴重物業的傳統，刻意營造尊貴形象，並令中環商業金融區獲得擴展空間。
