Abstract
Hong Kong's major property developers have experienced growth rates over the past few years that dwarf their tallest towers. The top 11 developers reported a combined profit exceeding $ 15 billion in 1990, with partial year-end results for 1991 indicating this figure may increase by as much as 30%.
This windfall shows no signs of letting up as demand for residential space grows while available land for redevelopment shrinks. But what of the future?
