Abstract
The idea that the design of a Central District office tower must elbow its way onto the skyline and loudly shout its presence to woo potential lessees is an accepted practice in Hong Kong. In a calculated commercial gamble, developer The Great Eagle Co bucked this corporate stereotype and allowed architect Rocco Design Partners to create two tranquil, contextually-sensitive towers for Citibank Plaza.
