Abstract
High rents and overheads in Central and other prime locations are forcing developers to the east side of Hong Kong Island.
Areas like Quuarry Bay, North Point and Chai Wan are fast becoming important commercial and industrial districts. Taikoo in Quarry Bay, for instance, is currently being transformed. Robert Cairns reports.
