Abstract
Heading an architectural firm of less than 5 architects may differ from that of a multi-service practice consisting over a hundred professionals. Size of a firm decides the way to manage it. Few office management strategies can be adopted without much consideration. We sampled two local architectural firms and interviewed respective directors for their opinions. (1) A Q & A with Mr. Leung Hon Ming, managing director of Seniorman Design ltd (2) A Q & A with Mr. Lam Wo Hei, direcor of Wong & Ouyang (HK) Ltd
