Abstract
Developers are starting to eye the prime harbourfront just west of the Quarry Bay / Taikoo confluence known as Swire's Island East. Assured of stellar sea views and excellent transport links, the area is a natural for new office towers. 625 King's Road is a simple solution for a simple site, yet is an elegant and efficient office tower that complements the neighbourhood.
