Abstract
The patch of "no man's land" between the eastern edge of Victoria Park and North Point is beginning to sprout office towers. The location is central and the sea views are prime. Yet this area has not seen the heavy office development of Central or Quarry Bay. As a result, the bright blue oblong of AIA Tower stands out boldly on the Hong Kong Island east skyline. Building Journal takes a closer look at this azure office block.
