Abstract
隨著國際德祥集團於一九九一年秋季購入保華建築集團後,保華德祥集團遂告成立.於上述收購前,兩家集團在業務營運方面彼此獨立.於兩家建築集團順利合併後,其最終控股公司保華德祥建築集團有限公司於一九九三年九月在香港聯合交易所有限公司上市,而國際德德祥集團及長實集團為其主要股東.
The Paul Y. - ITC Group was formed as a result of the International Tak Cheung Construction Group acquiring the Paul Y. Construction Group in the fall of 1991. Prior to such acquisition, the two groups had established and conducted businesses independently of each one. Following successful amalgamation of the two construction groups, their ultimated holding company, Paul Y - ITC Construction Holdings Limited, became listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong LImited in September 1993 with the International Tak Cheung Group and the Cheung Kong Group being its major shareholders.
