Abstract
Since the shift of Hong Kong's manufacturing industries across the border, the Kwun Tong industrial environs have been undergoing a gradual facelift with an array of new industrial/office developments. Among the latest projects in the restructuring business district is the Ma Leung & Associates Architects-designed tower at 410 Kwun Tong Road.
