Abstract
The completion ceremony held by the Architectural Services Department (ASD) at Kowloon Walled City Park, on 6 September, marked the end of a five-year undertaking. Senior architect Mr Tse Shun Kai spoke to Building Journal about the task of transforming Hong Kong's worst urban slum into a thing of beauty.
