Abstract
Dragages et Travaux Publics (HK) Ltd needs little introduction to CCN readers. Among other things, Dragages (operating under the aegis of parent company Bouygues) has pioneered the "design-and-build" approach to construction in Asia, offering design expertise in addition to construction services, and has also introduced new construction techniques and equipment to the Asian region.
