Abstract
The provision of the MTRC's forthcoming Tseung Kwan O Line continues to spur development in the once remote Clear Water Bay environs. One of the latest developments built close to the railway terminus is the Ma Leung & Associates-designed developmnet at Area 55, located at the eastern end of a stretch of residential development.
