Abstract
Safety performance is considered as part and parcel of overall project performance. Construction safety is one of the factors to reflect the effectiveness of project management. Many of our contractors have put construction safety as a regular item on the agenda of their company management meeting. It indicates that construction safety is a very valuable element in running construction business in Hong Kong. Construction safety has to be managed effectively and efficiently by our contractors in order to be competitive in the construction industry.
