Abstract
Rising 252.3 metres above its hillside site, the Highcliff redevelopment will be Hong Kong's tallest residential building on its completion. The design is far removed from the opulence that defined many high-rise luxury residential projects over the past decade, and blurs the line between architectural devices marking residential and commercial properties.
