Abstract
In today's competitive market, the kitchen and bathroom have become the first places buyers examine when looking at a new home. And as such the two rooms have become prime locations at a developer to demostrate value for money to the prospetive buyer. Builiding Journal discussed kitchens with Simon SL Wong, Managing Director of Simon Wong Design, on the opening of the Les Saisons show flats. The firm is the interior designer for the project, a joint-development between Swire Properties, Sun Hung Kai Properties and China Motor Bus.
