Abstract
With the KCRC's Ma On Shan extension in the pipeline, developers continue to position their developments on prime sites in anticipation of the convenience the rail line will offer commuters. Located in Shatin - a district already noted for its comprehensive transport interchange - Prima Villa is positoned on a prime site opposite a planned KCRC station. CYS Associates (HK) Ltd was assigned the role of project architect for the development.
