Abstract
Founded by Terry Spinolo in 1988, Inarc Design serves Clients in Hong Kong and the Asia region. As far as Inarc Design is concerned, the Client is the most important element in their business structure. With a distinct Client focus, Inarc Design indentitfies with corporate and international Clients who demand not only value, but a professional standard and commitment in their working relationships with their consultants. With the needs and objectives of the Client underlying the Inarc Design philosophy, the company has introduced a Total Quality Management policy over the last two years in order to constantly improve upon the service it offers. The same methodology has been applied to the Inarc Design creative process. With this in mind, Inarc Design has developed a strong focus on developing a creative ethos within the company that above all focuses on the objectives of the Client. This resolve has not resulted in restrictive creativity; on the contrary, it provides the designer with a clear mandate of his responsibiltiy to the Client. The proof of Inarc Design's successful philosophy lies with the fact that over 50% of annual business is from repeat Clients.
Diversified projects include a series of residental suites in Pacific Place II for Swire Properties and the new Staff Club at Hong Kong Polytechnics. More recent, is the completion of Coca-Cola China Limited's new office in Times Square (see project profile for details) and Inarc is currently working on a prestigious mixed retail and commercial development in Burma.
