Abstract
This article continues with Part I published in last issue.
The case of overseas and Hong Kong all proved the vitality of organic renewal both in physical and economic aspects. The example such as River Walk at San Antonio, Texas could actually be seen in many countries. The authors also experimented with idea of 'organic'in a trial project, with a hope of keeping the existing street and cultural fabric.
