Abstract
Anyone who frequented the original Camargue fine dining restaurant when it first appeared in Lan Kwai Fong was probably more of a foodie than a contemporary interiors fan. A few years and a few locations later when it re-emerged at 73 Wyndham Street in August last year, the new owner decided to embark on a rather different image for the long-established fine-dining restaurant.
