Abstract
Hong Kong-born Wallace Chang is the Director of Arch Design Architects Ltd established in 1992. He and his partners are two-time winners of HKIA's President's Prize, first receiving the award in 1994 for the Hing Fat Street Public Toilets project in Causeway Bay, and again in 2000 for the Extension of Ma Wui Hall Youth Hostel on Mount Davis. He is currently an assistant professor at the Department of Architecture, Chinese University of Hong Kong.
