Abstract
In this month's column, Glenn Haley and Geoffrey Shaw consider the entitlements of the employer and architect after the project is completed to use and re-use the project plans prepared by the architect. Shaw and Haley are partners with McKenna Minter Ellison. Both specialise in construction and engineering law.
