Abstract
The new tallest building in Asia designed by Dennis Lau Ng Chun Man & Associates.
The site extends over an area of 23,239 sq. m. The main tower is a 80 storey structure providing 131,000 sq. m. of first class office space. Flanking the main tower are two 38 storey towers totalling 69,000 sq. m. and housing elegant apartment units, The podium is made up of four floors and 34,800 sq. m. of commercial space. They are destined to become Guangzhou's most fashionable shopping and entertainment centre.
