Abstract
To get an over-all view of the LRF project procedure, we spoke to Ivan Dai, LRF's fourth partner and General Manager. Ivan, a qualified interior designer who trained in Hong Kong, joined the team in 1985 when the company still had the original staff of 6 or 7. Ten years later he is now co-ordinating a 26-person team.
